- USPS Priority shipping is what we use, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive at its destination.
- For commissions, shipping is included in the quote that is provided to you.
- Express shipping can be requested at an additional charge
What if my package has been lost in shipping or is delayed and/or damaged?
- Once the item has shipped it is unfortantely out of my control and you will have to contact the shipping company directly.
- All packages are insured so you will be able to get your money back, if this occurs.
Can I print the digital commission I purchased?
- I do provide printing services myself. If you chose not to get your printing done through me that is totally fine, but please notify me beforehand that you plan on printing elsewhere so I can include the print fee in your pricing.
- If I am not notified, you will be sent a nonprintable version of the artwork
- My signature is not a watermark and will not be removed from any works that I've created.
- The only exception to this is if it's a logo or for branding purposes, which would be reflected in the price.
