- Please allow 3-6 days for order production.
- You will be sent an email with your orders tracking information once the order is produced and shipped.
- All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Commission Policy
- Commission Form the commission form is for all commission inquries.
- Deposit is to be paid upfront after the price has been confirmed. (The deposit will always be half of the qouted price)
- The remaining balance is to be paid once the final product has been seen. (The item will not be shipped until the remaining balance is paid in full, no exceptions)
- Once you have been notified of artwork's completion there is a one week grace period to send the balance and continue with shipping. After that one week the piece will be recycled and you wil not get your deposit back.
- You are allowed 3 free changes to the final piece, every change after is an additional charge
